I have been extremely busy trying to get port_report.py to be stable with Cisco device, ( So Far No Problems what so ever in the newest revision ). Kshort and eschapecharacter have been extremely helpful with helping me test my script on HP PROCURVE Switches. As of right now the of the 2 PROCURVE Switches we tested this script on, both ran with out issues.
The next steps are...

• Getting Foundry Switches to work
• Getting Nortel Switches to work
• Convert Script to a frame work
• Build a GUI off of the framework using Python and QT
• More Features to come.... 

Revision 1.6 of port_report.py should be out shortly ( In the next day or two )..
